Kid Cudi X S2A - "Mr. Rager"

Josh Webb: From his highly anticipated sophomore album released in November of  last year, "Man on the Moon II: The Legend of Mr. Rager", Scott Mescudi aka Kid Cudi doesn't fail to paint the picture to his dark and gloomy single "Mr Rager". If you've a Kid Cudi fan since "Day 'n' Nite", you can clearly see Mescudi's progression as an artist, actor, and designer.

Recently Kid Cudi had the opportunity to collaborate with Surface to Air to design a signature jacket collection including the Champs Jacket and the Fire JacketIn the video you'll notice Cudi and the cast sporting the ridiculously dope Fire Jacket in beige & black. Though I assume the beige colorway is a special "1 of 1" Kid Cudi exclusive, the black version is available through Surface to Air. As a huge fan of outerwear myself I highly recommend snagging your own, these jackets are great versatile pieces for layering and tend to be excellent as staples for fall and winter.

*both pieces are available in Women sizes on SurfacetoAir.com

Above the Trends..

Josh Webb: As Oscar Wilde put it "Fashion is a form of ugliness so intolerable that we have to alter it every six months". Lately I've been reassessing my personal style and by trimming the 'fat' and excessive trends I've learned how important it is to understand your own personal style. Style is much more mature and versatile than just fashion trends. Below you'll notice the latest release from Common Projects the "suede bone chukka". As we approach winter, I've found myself growing increasingly fond of chukka boots and mid-top style footwear.
The dope aspect about these boots are the simplicity and quality that Common Projects never seems to lack. Aside from this sick "peanut butter" colorway the smoothness of the suede can really add a modern and luxurious look to any ensemble.

Mackelmore X Ryan Lewis "Wings"

Josh Webb: I can honestly say I haven't felt this blown away by an artist's message and cinematic delivery since seeing Kanye West's Runaway short film. Macklemore, in case you've never heard the name started out originally as Professor Macklemore hailing from Seattle, Washington.  I think you'll find his style and wordplay very refreshing in addition to Ryan Lewis's amazing production.
